When something goes wrong

Please tell us which screen you were on, what you tapped and what happened. Your phone or tablet model and app version can help. Please leave children’s names and other personal information out of screenshots or messages.

Offline stories and listening

The included stories, Marin and Cedar narration, games, prayers and bedtime sounds are bundled with the app. Church connections and message refreshes need internet. The Device voice option depends on voices available in your device’s speech settings.

Church messages

A grown-up can enter a church code in the Church tab. If a message is missing or seems unsuitable, disconnect that church and email support with the church code and message title. You can continue using the included stories and games.
